Thank you so very much for being so amazing and so fun from the moment we chatted. It’s been the best part of the planning, being able to share our stories, make people laugh and cry and more than anything for it to all feel so genuine and natural.

We’ve had such lovely compliments about you and the story telling and how included and entertained everyone felt, most thought we’d all known you for years, which says a lot about how natural it all felt!

-Georgie & Nigel

It used to be that when you got married you either had to do so in a place of worship or by a registrar in either a registry office or a registrar licensed venue, following a strict set of rules and guidelines with what you could and couldn’t include. Same framework, same text, just same, same, same….

But weddings shouldn’t be ‘copy and paste’- they should be personal, creative and totally YOU.

You and your guests don’t want to hear the SAME THING they heard at the last wedding- you all want something so gorgeously personal it takes your breath away.

So say NO to a boring wedding!

Say YES to a CELEBRANT LED CEREMONY!

LOCATIONS

I can marry you pretty much anywhere you can think of.

From outdoor ceremonies in the woods, in a marquee or in your own back garden, to stately homes, theatres, hotels or wonderfully unique venues that really resonate with you.

The venue does not need to have a wedding licence, so you are free to arrange your wedding wherever you like.

I am an ‘all seasons’ celebrant- so whether it’s a Spring celebration or a Winter wedding, as long as we are prepared for all weather eventualities then the party is ON!

Most couples nail their wedding location early on, but if you are stuck for ideas or want to brainstorm, I can always suggest some lovely locations or ideas for a wedding with a difference!

CONTENT

Whether you want a humanist type ceremony, completely free from religion, or something that celebrates your cultures or faiths, I can lovingly customise your ceremony to reflect the way you want your love celebrated.

I have led ceremonies which have included beautiful poems, singalongs to a couples’ favourite song, friends performing live, tequila shot breaks (yes!) and special symbolic rituals.

I have also combined faith elements for others, where they haven’t wanted a religious service but something with a light nod to their beliefs- even combining religious touches for something truly bespoke to celebrate a couples different backgrounds!

In addition to the ‘FAVES’ (see below) you are free to add whatever you like to make the service special- readings, music, slideshows, videos, extra special ring bearers- let’sjust make it happen!

FAVES

The ‘FAVES’ are the key moments that most couples want as part of their ceremony.

I have put them in the most popular order, but everything is bespoke and can be moved around however you like!

COUPLES STORY

This is a bespoke story, written by me, all about your journey together as a couple. A gorgeous opportunity to tell everyone when and how you got together, some funny stories, your romantic moments and why you are the hot couple you are!

VOWS

Most couples like to write and deliver their own personal vows to each other- how you deliver it is up to you!

THE COMMITMENTS

Modern day commitments to say to one another to affirm your love

RING EXCHANGE

The traditional symbolic moment to ‘deal the deal’

 THE KISS

Needs no explanation- but the more jaw dropping, the better!

What exactly is included in the Wedding Celebrant Package?

  • an initial Zoom meeting, an in person planning meeting and couples questionnaire
  • writing a gorgeously bespoke wedding ceremony script (including redrafts as required)
  • proof reading your vows and giving advice if you’d like some assistance
  • advice with regards to reading, poems, music and any symbolic elements
  • performing your ceremony and liaising with your venue team and suppliers on the day itself!

DON'T FORGET TO DO THE LEGAL BIT!

As it currently stands in the UK, Celebrants are unable to conduct ‘the legal bit’ of a marriage, so you will you need to make sure that you head to see your local Registrar (normally before your Celebrant Wedding) to complete all the legal formalities.

This can be a very simple and quick appointment to fulfil this part of the marriage, so that you can focus all your energies on your Celebrant Led Wedding which is the main event!
