No stuffy red uniform here- my Toast Master (also known as Master of Ceremonies) service is highly personal, fresh and fun and I promise to make you and your guests have a memorable day from start to finish, making sure all the key moments are announced & celebrated and that everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Whether you book me just to be your Toast Master for your wedding, or you combine it with my Celebrant Service as well, I will be the one to liaise with all your suppliers and ensure everything runs like clockwork from before your guests arrive, right up to and including announcing you onto the dance floor for your first dance as a married couple!

          Toast Master duties include:

  • Greeting the bride and groom upon arrival
  • Introducing themselves and the couple to the wedding party
  • Setting the tone for the day and explaining the schedule to guests
  • Gathering guests for photos at the venue & liasing with your photographer
  • Communicating transport options
  • Announcing the bride and groom at the reception
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure they are running on schedule and set up in the right place
  • Sharing any important changes to the schedule with guestsIntroducing speakers at formal moments such as the wedding speeches
  • Announcing the cake cutting and the first dance
